Are you troubled by rabbits, deer, foxes, badgers, squirrels, hedgehogs, cats or dogs in your garden? This battery powered Pest Repeller is safe and effective. It will not affect birds or fish as the four frequencies emitted are set for specific animals, including one for small rodents such as hedgehogs.

The unit can cover an area of up to 70 x 50 feet and can be moved about or mounted on a wall, fence or pole (mountings provided). It uses passive infra-red and should be effective for approx 3 months on one set of batteries (4xD not supplied, see item 7100). 2 yr warranty.

  • Too early to say if it is effective.

    However it is extremely difficult to undo the screws to remove the cover to insert the batteries. I am having to use a 12v power cable at present.

  • Thanks for your Outdoor Pest Repeller review. This is the first report we have had regarding removal of the battery cover. We are going to test it ourselves too. Remember if you are unhappy with any product please do return it under our no quibble returns policy.

    30 MARCH 2012 UPDATE: We have now tested removing the battery cover and we had no problem as long as you use a standard Phillips screwdriver. It could be a problem with your specific Outdoor Pest Repeller. I’ve asked our Customer Service team to contact you regarding an offer to replace the item or refund you.
