Delivery
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible. Your order should arrive within 7 days if items are in stock (UK Mainland addresses - other countries will take longer) though it may increase to 7-10 days during postal disruption. If you have a particular deadline, we would recommend using our Express Delivery option. Personalised orders can take 2-4 weeks (some heavy/larger items with a postage surcharge may take slightly longer too.) Orders over 2kg will be delivered by courier and will require a signature on delivery.
Express Delivery
Only available inside the UK. Place your order before 12 noon Monday - Thursday and we will despatch your parcel for delivery (next day). Orders placed on Friday before noon will be delivered the following Monday. Personalised items and those with a postage surcharge cannot be sent express delivery.
The cost is £5 in addition to our normal postage rate. This service is only available for UK mainland (excluding Scottish Highlands).
Postage and Packing Charges
£4.99 for each UK mainland address.
Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man or Channel Islands parcels up to 1.8kg - £4.99; over 1.8kg - £12.
Southern Ireland & overseas deliveries: charged at cost according to weight. The cost of delivery will be automatically calculated and displayed in the checkout. For orders weighing less than 1kg Ireland = £4.99, Europe = £6.40, Rest of the World = £11.50.
Orders over £150 qualify for FREE standard delivery in UK mainland only .
UK Standard Delivery is £4.99. To guarantee delivery for Valentine's Day you can upgrade to Express Delivery for just £9.99. Free P&P on all UK Orders over £150. We also deliver worldwide.
