Guarantee

 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 14 days, unused and in its original packaging, (ie in saleable condition) for an exchange or refund. We are unable to refund or exchange personalised items, some health and beauty items (eg earrings, earplugs, tweezers etc), or foodstuffs and confectionery, unless there is a manufacturing fault. We recommend you request a proof of postage certificate (free) from the Post Office if you return your goods. We will exchange any fault goods at our own expense. This guarantee does not afect your statutory rights.

We reserve the right to edit and or not publish your review submissions. This is to avoid unsavoury language appearing on our website. All reviews submitted to the site are the property of M&G Presents Ltd.
