Standard delivery orders should arrive within 5 days if items are in stock (UK mainland).

Choose Express delivery for next day delivery if orders are placed before 12 noon Monday - Thursday. Orders placed on Friday before 12 noon will be delivered the following Monday. This service is only available for UK mainland (excluding Scottish Highlands) and costs an additional £5 to our normal postage rate but is not available for personalised items.

does the job

I have managed to do up a bracelet for the first time that I needed help with before as it is a chain bracelet and not large enough that you could hold it with the hand you are putting it on - so it does what it says. It's not very good quality and not very robust - the clip is made of flimsy plastic so I'm not sure how long it will last. I haven't tried it on a zip yet.
