I'd never used the PFM website before but the whole experience was excellent. Delivery was accurate and quick - in fact one item that was late was sent separately to ensure that the rest of the order wasn't held up. The remaining item arrived a few days later.
The other aspect I'd like to comment on was the website itself. I was really impressed with the functionality of the whole site. The browsing, searching, viewing, basket and checkout process was all seamless and really intuitive. There are some really nice touches that make the whole experience really slick and it gives you a great deal of confidence about the company behind it.

I thought the service from the website again was brilliant, the order was received very promptly and I appreciated the emails updating me on the delivery. The offer of %5 off if I came back to the website definitely swayed me to buy from presentsformen as opposed to the original Vinturi website, and this is something I think is a very good way of enticing customers to buy at your website. I would recommend that an option for gift wrapping products would be useful, as I bought the present for my father and this is something I would have liked to of seen on a 'presentsformen' website. Overall a website I would recommend to my friends and will be returning too over the Christmas period, thank you.
